2022 Naturehood Calendar

15 July 2021

Do you think you could capture a winning wildlife shot? If so, then we would like to give you, our Naturehood community, the opportunity to join us in celebrating nature every day of the year. Which is why the Naturehood team is thrilled to be hosting a Calendar Competition for 2022!

This wildlife photography competition is a fantastic opportunity to get your photo featured in the 2022 Naturehood Calendar - which will then be sold to raise money to help Naturehood create wildlife-friendly spaces across the UK.

In the 2022 calendar we are exploring the theme of ‘Connections’. So start thinking about what ‘Connections’ means for you. This could be a human connection with nature, an animal's connection with it’s surroundings, or the interconnectedness of our forests - anything your mind can conjure up!

There is space for 6 images in the calendar. The remaining 6 months will feature the work of our Photographers in Residence.

We would like ALL competition images to be submitted in high-resolution quality to our friendly team: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

You have until 5 pm on Friday 27 August to enter. Giving you plenty of time to plan, prepare, and photograph your winning nature shot!

You can find the full technical details and terms and conditions here: www.naturehood.uk/images/documents/Terms.pdf

Who will be judging the competition I hear you ask? The entries will be selected this September by our friends and celebrity judges, beloved wildlife presenters and naturalists Michaela Strachen and Nick Baker!

If you know of a photographer and think their shots are calendar-worthy then spread the word!

Good luck everyone and happy snapping!
